1. Product Availability & Disclaimer

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). G&T Creative Studio reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Orders are processed within 2–3 days, with a lead time of 1–2 weeks depending on product availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. G&T Creative Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@gtcreativestudio.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Privacy & Personal Information

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order (e.g. courier services). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

G&T Creative Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
