We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or amend product descriptions at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item due to screen display differences.
Personalised items are made to order based on the details you provide at checkout. Please ensure all personalisation information is accurate before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.
We accept payment via: Stitch Express, credit/debit card.. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates only and G&T Creative Studio cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
8. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
As a South African consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under the CPA. For more information, visit the National Consumer Commission at www.thencc.gov.za.
