SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods (such as holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure all personalisation details are included in your order notes at checkout, as personalised orders will only be processed once all details have been received.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa via Courier Guy.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tracy@gtcreativestudio.co.za  or gen@gtcreativestudio.co.za with your order number. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

G&T Creative Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or public holidays).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gtcreativestudio.co.za with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
