RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalised or custom items (including items with a child's name or custom text), as these are made to order and cannot be resold. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale items (unless defective).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at tracy@gtcreativestudio.co.za or gen@gtcreativestudio.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at tracy@gtcreativestudio.co.za or gen@gtcreativestudio.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at tracy@gtcreativestudio.co.za or gen@gtcreativestudio.co.za.
